The Learn America Do America (LADA) Project is designed in line
with the UNESCO’s Global Priority Africa and the 2030 Agenda of

USEP’s special mentorship program designed initially for African
international Mentees with the support of US Mentor Companies
and the US Government, Department of State and Commerce.

Leasehold ownership for a Diplomatic Business Suite (DBS) within the International Mentorship Facility Abuja (IMFA).
The IMFA consists of American Community business Centers (ACBC) and American Mentee training Schools (AMTS) to be constructed through Diplomatic Business Building Society (DBBS).
The IMFA serves as demonstration centers for US methods and practices, while providing the platform for Local mentee Companies to receive business mentorship from US Mentor Companies

Interested applicants will be trained and licensed by USEP.
The Sister Building Construction Initiative (SBCI) allows for sister construction and management interface between developed and prospective developments within Nigeria, Morocco and the United States of America
Management of participating developed structures will through the Sister Building Construction Initiative (SBCI) share available technical information including building plans and management protocols with the management of prospective developments.
This package allows for mentee and mentor company interface between prospective Mentor companies and international mentees within Nigeria, Morocco and the United States of America
Participating Mentee companies may through the Business Support Mentorship Scheme (BSMS) obtain Mentorship Work Experience with participating US companies
This package allows for mentee and mentor company interface between prospective Mentor companies and international mentees within Nigeria, Morocco and the United States of America
Participating Mentor companies may through the Mentorship Support Business Scheme (MSBS) obtain Mentorship advantage contracts considered business training aid for mentorship.
The Highly Privileged Mentee Companies (HPMCs) was launched by National Mentorship Office on behalf the President and C-in-C of Federal Republic of Nigeria who is the National Mentor.
The the HPMCs are designed to secure direct involvement and education of Nigerian local communities in national development, internal security, and economic empowerment through their inclusiveness in local and foreign businesses and agreements.
This package allows for Mentorship Banking interface involving a local Bank, clients and service providers by the introduction of Buyer bank Guarantee and Seller bank Guarantee for prospective developments within Nigeria, Morocco and the United States of America
Participating Local Banks may through the Mentorship Business Banking Initiative (MBBI) provide prospective developments with maximum bank support and co-operation
Healthcare Electronic Location Program (HELP) is an International electronic healthcare solution for Africa, coordinated by the US Embassy for Peace (USEP) and Global Health Choices (GHC) in response to the realities of International Coronavirus (COVID 19) Pandemic.
HELP Project is also the Healthcare emergency relief project of the 2.5 Billion US Dollars Funding Interface for the Oil for Healthcare Initiative (OFHI) and the Abuja Healthcare City (AHC) within the Nigerian Petroleum Sector.
Mentorship Assurance Scheme (MAS) is the primary project of the Learn America Do America (LADA) Program consisting of a rewarding and secured mentorship protocol for US Mentor Companies from 50 US States and International Mentees from more than 160 US partner Countries
Mentorship Assurance Scheme (MAS) includes the work Experience Scheme WES) and Business Engagement Scheme (WES)
