To ensure satisfactory best Quality and standards for its American Owners, USEP has introduced Owners full participation in the Funding, Development and Management the Diplomatic Business and Residential Suites Abuja, Nigeria through membership into the Diplomatic Mentorship Building Society (DMBS).  

The Diplomatic Business and Residential Suites Abuja, Nigeria is part of the Learn America Do America (LADA) program, it will be an “American all- Mentorship Building Project” positioned for development though with the Build Direct Construction Initiative (BDCI); our platform of Utilizing American methods, attitudes, and protocols to achieve quality, inclusive transparent and affordable real Estate in US partner nations

The LADA program enjoys the input of Government Agencies including the Department of State, Department of Commerce, US Agency for international Development, Executive office of the President, Office of Management and Budget.

USEP as a 501C3 public charity and an official certifying Organization for the Presidential Volunteer Service Award will maintain records of all volunteer hours for Tax Deductibility and prequalification for the Presidential Volunteer Service Award.

USEP receive Membership Fees as donations for the Diplomatic Mentorship Building Society (DMBS):

1.      Associate Members                              $500     (for Mentees)

2.      Basic Members                                     $1000   (for Mentors and Contractors) *

3.      Standard Members                              $5000   (for Residential or Business Owners)

4.      Premium Members                              $10000 (for Residential and Business Owners)

* Volunteer Hours counts towards Membership Fee for Mentors and Contractors
