Mentorship Assurance Scheme (MAS)  is the primary project of


the Learn America Do  America (LADA) Program consisting of


a rewarding and secured mentorship protocol for US Mentor


Companies from 50 US States and International Mentees from


more than 160 US partner Countries 


INTERNATIONAL MENTEES 

MAS Offer;
i. Business relationship with US Mentor Companies. 
ii. Partway to US Green Card from the US Government. (based on the J1 trainee visa and L1 Dual intent Visa)
iii. Business Advantage from own Government
MAS Enrollment Procedure; 
i. Registration (free )
ii. Mentorship Receiver Training ($250 Suggested Donation )
iii. Staging (cost based on availability of govt funding) 
iv. Engagement (possible income for mentee) 
v. Partnership (assured income for mentee)

LADA Resources

In the LADA Program;

1. For Mentee, we turn 

i. American quality and standards to Mentee's resources for business

ii. Foreign Business contracts to Mentee's training/teaching aid for business

we provide 

a. USEP Mentee letter of identification 

b. US Mentee letter of introduction (with collaboration with US Department of commerce)

2. For Mentor, we turn

i. Foreign Business relationship to Aid provider relationship from the USA

we provide 

a. USEP Mentor letter of identification 

b.  US Mentor letter of Certification (with collaboration with US DoS/ USAID)


LADA PROGRAM    

The Learn America Do  America (LADA) Program;  is a New American International Mentorship Initiative designed in line with the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), it is a key project of USEP’s special mentorship program designed for business advantage  of US Mentor Companies and international Mentees from US partner Nations.
The LADA Program is implemented with the support the US President to build a world of peace and progress while restoring U.S. global standing 

QUALITY GUARANTEED

The LADA/MAS Program was formulated through  USEP's Diplomatic roundtable meetings with the US Government, the Nigerian Government and US multinational companies. 
The LADA/MAS Program  further enjoys the input of ;
i. Executive Office of the US President (EOP), Office of Management and Budget (OMB) 
ii.  US Department of State (DOS) 
iii. US Department of Commerce (DOC) 
iii. United States Agency for International Development (USAID)

Mentorship Partner State Agreement (MPSA)


The MPSA is designed for US underserved communities/groups, it begins with a preliminary Mentorship Agreement (PMA) between of a US company and a mentee international company  which then culminates in the input US state authorities, US department of State, Embassies and Ministries of foreign affairs of participating foreign nations to achieve its aim of develop the world while developing America.

DIPLOMATIC BUSINESS SUITES 

MAS Offer;

The IMFA consists of American Community business Centers (ACBC) and American Mentee training Schools (AMTS) to be constructed  through Diplomatic Business Building Society (DBBS).

The IMFA serves as demonstration centers for US methods and practices, while providing the platform for Local mentee Companies to receive business mentorship from US Mentor Companies
