Mentorship Assurance Scheme (MAS) is the primary project of
the Learn America Do America (LADA) Program consisting of
a rewarding and secured mentorship protocol for US Mentor
Companies from 50 US States and International Mentees from
more than 160 US partner Countries

In the LADA Program;
1. For Mentee, we turn
i. American quality and standards to Mentee's resources for business
ii. Foreign Business contracts to Mentee's training/teaching aid for business
we provide
a. USEP Mentee letter of identification
b. US Mentee letter of introduction (with collaboration with US Department of commerce)
2. For Mentor, we turn
i. Foreign Business relationship to Aid provider relationship from the USA
we provide
a. USEP Mentor letter of identification
b. US Mentor letter of Certification (with collaboration with US DoS/ USAID)

Mentorship Partner State Agreement (MPSA)
The MPSA is designed for US underserved communities/groups, it begins with a preliminary Mentorship Agreement (PMA) between of a US company and a mentee international company which then culminates in the input US state authorities, US department of State, Embassies and Ministries of foreign affairs of participating foreign nations to achieve its aim of develop the world while developing America.
