Mentorship Partner State Agreement (MPSA)

The MPSA is designed for US underserved communities/groups, it begins with a preliminary Mentorship Agreement (PMA) between of a US company and a mentee international company  which then culminates in the input US state authorities, US department of State, Embassies and Ministries of foreign affairs of participating foreign nations to achieve its aim of develop the world while developing America.

To Convert into MPSA from a PMA

The PMA MUST have a

       i. Participating US Company interested in being a US Mentor Company

       ii. Foreign Company/individual interested in being a US Mentee company

      iii. Profit yeilding opportunity for a US business in a foreign economy.

      iv. LADA Program Registration

 PMAs Actors MUST train on

       i. international trade structures and Privileges (with support of USDOC)

       ii. Education and US Aid structures and Privileges (with support of USAID)

       iii. Diplomatic structures and Privileges (with support of USDOS)

       iv.  international trade agreement  structures and Privileges (with support of USTR)

 PMAs Actors and their Governments MUST

      i. Sign the MPSA

      ii. Conform to the established foreign policy of the United States.
